How to prepare Cambridge-level practice from your coursebook
Teachers preparing classes for Cambridge English exams usually have a coursebook and never enough practice. This guide shows how to extend the book with focused, interactive practice while staying within what you are allowed to use.
Steps
Identify the point that needs more practice
Look at your class’s recent mistakes. Choose one structure: past simple, present perfect, conditionals, reported speech.
Photograph the relevant page
Use the grammar page or the reading text for that unit. You can add two pages, for example the grammar box and the exercise.
Add a level note
Tell the tool the level (for example, A2 or B1) and anything you want to recycle, such as the unit vocabulary.
Edit for exam-style accuracy
Check that each item has one right answer and that the wrong options in multiple choice are plausible, not silly.
Share and review together
Send the link as homework. In the next class, review the items students found hardest.
